Tina has been awarded an ASCAP Morton Gould Young Composer Award for her first piece for orchestra and live electronics, luscinia, premiered in December. To see the other winners and learn more about the awards, read ASCAP’s press release.
Tina has been selected as the Nee Commission recipient for the La Jolla Symphony’s 2017-2018 season. She will be writing a new piece for orchestra and live electronics to be premiered in December 2017. For more information, visit: https://lajollasymphony.com/nee-commission/
Ms. Tallon is very honored to have been selected as one of the participants for the 2017 ManiFeste festival at IRCAM in Paris in June. She will be writing a piece for a quartet comprised of soloists from Ensemble Intercontemporain to be performed in the Centre Pompidou galleries alongside Yayoi Kusama’s “My Flower Bed.”
